My wife's college roommate is heavily involved with a nonprofit organization in
southern Honduras, Mission Lazarus
missionlazarus.org. So in
April 2010 we joined a group going down there to see the operation and help
out. Here's a collection of videos and photos from the trip.
The last day of the visit, I took a horseback ride to the coffee plantation. Here's a short video
of the man who runs the place, talking about processing and shelling the beans. The translation
is being done by Katie, one of the ML workers.
